What is Designera Home?
Designera Home is a Croatian multi-vendor platform featuring designers, artists, makers, and contractors for home design — offering you a curated selection of products from multiple sellers in one secure place.
How does purchasing work?
Simply add products to your cart, fill in your details, and confirm your order. If you buy from multiple Sellers, each will ship their products separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners cards and secure online payments via CorvusPay. All data is encrypted and we never store card details.
How is delivery done?
Each Seller ships their products via chosen courier service. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown before checkout. Delivery is available within Croatia.
How can I return a product or request a refund?
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email info@designera.hr.
Who bears the cost of the return?
The Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered — then it’s covered by the Seller.
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Yes — returns are not accepted for custom-made items.
Are my payments secure?
Absolutely. We use CorvusPay — a trusted payment processor with 128-bit SSL encryption. Designera Home never accesses or stores your payment data.
How do you protect my personal information?
Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy, used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement.
What are cookies and can I turn them off?
Cookies help our site function and remember your preferences. You can manage or disable them anytime via our cookie banner or browser settings.
What if I notice a copyright infringement?
If you believe your copyright has been violated, email info@designera.hr with details and proof of ownership. We handle all reports promptly and confidentially.
